CDL / Boom Driver

Role Overview: The position involves operating CDL trucks and boom truck equipment to safely lift, move, and position loads, ensuring timely delivery of building materials.

Responsibilities Include

• Planning routes with GPS and managing logistics to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Loading and unloading cargo, operating forklifts, and securing loads to prevent damage.
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and reporting issues.
• Adhering to FMCSA regulations, hazardous materials guidelines, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Valid Class A or B license with a sound driving record.
• Registered with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and holding a current DOT medical card.
• Licensed in 1C, hydraulics (boom truck), with forklift and Moffett experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and work well with others.
  
  

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a DOT physical, drug test, lift test, and background checks.
