- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to ensure safety and compliance.
- 12 months of Over-The-Road (OTR) tractor/trailer experience required.
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 violations or incidents in the past 3 years.
- Safety-oriented mindset and professional attitude.
- Deliver freight safely and on time across routes.
- Maintain vehicle condition and report any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations.
- Engage in company programs like pet and rider options, referral bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
