Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role: Experienced Store Managers are certified retail leaders ready to assume full store management duties, supported by a structured MOD program that includes hands-on training, coaching, and development.

Responsibilities

• People: Set expectations, communicate regularly, coach staff, enforce policies, recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate employee performance.
• Financials: Analyze business trends, develop sales strategies, monitor financial targets, review reports, and safeguard assets.
• Facilities: Maintain store cleanliness, oversee equipment, and coordinate maintenance and inventory returns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of team leadership in retail or automotive management.
• Proven success in meeting sales and profit goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience as an Automotive Technician is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate or accept placement.
  
  

Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to work in varied environments, stand for long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate in conditions with noise, dust, and fumes.
