- Offer technical support and coordinate instructions for Continued Airworthiness updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and reporting databases to track issues and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Work directly with customers and service centers to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.
- High School diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in aviation-related field preferred.
- Airframe & Powerplant license strongly preferred.
- 10 years of aviation industry experience, with knowledge of Federal Aircraft Regulations (Part 145, 91, 135), repair inspection, and repair development in composites and metals.
- Familiarity with European and Civil Aviation Authority standards.
- Proficient in reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and electrical/avionic systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in aircraft systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
