Professional Cleaning Technician (Part-Time) –

We are a fast-growing residential and vacation rental cleaning company looking to hire dependable, detail-oriented team members for long-term positions. We are actively building a strong, reliable team and are hiring immediately.
This is not a temporary job. We are looking for individuals who want consistent work, clear expectations, and a structured environment.
What You’ll Get
- Flexible scheduling | Must be available 1-2 Saturdays and/or a month minuimum
- Part-time hours with potential for full time upon certification

Pay
- Starts at $16-$17 depending on experience for training period (approx. 2 weeks)
- Once out of training, pay may be anywhere from $20-$25 based on performance, teamwork, and reliablility
Schedule
- Weekdays and some Saturdays & Sundays
- Typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential and vacation rental cleaning
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing
- Following structured checklists to meet our Elite standard
- Traveling between multiple job locations throughout the day

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Reliable transportation (must be your car that you can drive daily)
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance (required, as you will be traveling between jobs while on the clock)
- Smartphone with reliable service (used for scheduling, communication, and checklists)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
Location Requirement
We are hiring specifically in:
- Leland
- Southport
- Oak Island
- Surrounding areas within Brunswick & New Hanover Counties
Applicants outside of this area will not be considered.
UPDATE: We currently only have positions available for those located in the Southport/Oak Island area, Leland/Belville/Bolivia, and Supply/Holden Beach. Anyone applying at this time from WIlmington area can expect to commute to our HQ in Southport on the days they were scheduled. As this changes we will update our post.
