Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee multiple crews and lead the installation of large-scale electrical systems across major commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for managing workflow, coordinating resources, interpreting blueprints and schematics, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple crews on large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects
- Manage material procurement and requisition processes
- Establish and maintain project workflows and sequencing to keep jobs on track
- Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Enforce safety standards and promote a strong culture of workplace safety
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and overall performance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master Electrician certification preferred
- 5 years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large job sites
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Solid understanding of electrical installation, wiring, and conduit systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
