Coastal Edge is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our team. This is more than a retail job - it’s a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to help you grow into a future Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales goals
- Learn and apply leadership skills including scheduling, merchandising, and team development
- Help recruit, train, and motivate a high-energy team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
- Assist with store events and local community outreach
- Follow safety, security, and loss prevention standards
Who You Are
- A people-first team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about surf, skate, streetwear, or retail culture
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow into leadership
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
What You Bring
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
