As a Construction Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and addressing project risks, adding significant value to projects nationwide. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough document and cost reviews for commercial construction projects.
- Perform site inspections and compile detailed monthly reports on project progress.
- Conduct property physical needs assessments to identify and address potential issues.
- Provide cost consulting such as insurable value reporting, depreciated value reporting, and construction loan monitoring to optimize project budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management is preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry in the areas of project management, estimating, and/or site inspections.
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
