Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contractor to join our team, specializing in various aspects of construction projects we specialize in custom high end swimming pools along with commercial construction and general contracting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tile industry with remodeling or new construction. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Perform various construction tasks including tile laying, coping installation, and fixture installation.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Conduct concrete finishing work as needed for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss project progress, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as remodeling or general construction.
- Proficiency in construction estimating with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong skills in tile laying and coping installation.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute plans accordingly.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in construction processes.
- Experience in concrete finishing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
