Coastal Family Dermatology Aesthetics is a growing, fast-paced dermatology practice with 2 locations on the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining an efficient and supportive team environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily back office and includes patient rooming, assisting providers with procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain accurate medical histories
- Assist providers with dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, Mohs, cryotherapy, and cosmetics, etc.)
- Prepare and clean exam rooms
- Assist with documentation as needed
- Manage patient flow and support providers throughout the day
- Perform basic clinical tasks (vitals, injections, wound care, etc.)
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday 8am - 5pm
- Consistent schedule with occasional flexibility
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
