The Role:
As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journeys. You'll help patients understand their treatment plans, coordinate appointments, manage billing, and make high-value treatment options accessible. If you're passionate about patient care and enjoy building meaningful connections, this role is designed for you.
Responsibilities:
- Be a friendly and empathetic point of contact for patients, discussing treatment plans and guiding them through financial arrangements.
- Manage patient schedules, providing clear communication and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Review and explain billing and insurance details, assisting with claims and payments as needed.
- Represent the practice with a professional, approachable demeanor, promoting high-value treatments confidently.
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-first approach.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in an upscale or luxury environment.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing, or a willingness to learn.
