Job Title: Wealth Management CoordinatorPosition Location: Raleigh, NC. Hybrid Position, must live locally.Job Summary:The Wealth Management Coordinator provides operations and marketing support to our wealth management department and exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be:(40%) Serving as the communication liaison (electronic, phone, mail, WebEx setup, etc.) between the financial advisors and members to ensure smooth communication and scheduling, facilitate collaboration, and provide efficient office operations to ensure exceptional customer service(30%) Coordinating Wealth Management events and distribution of marketing materials (e.g. webinars, seminars, client appreciation events, post-call information, etc.) to foster positive client education experiences and promote retention utilizing client surveys; tracking and analyzing ROI through surveys and referrals to monitor marketing effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement(30%) Serving as the point of contact for questions and support for the branch team; and conducting branch manager meetings to relay WM program updates; Providing operational and coordination support to collaborative projects between WM and other Coastal departmentsInterested?
