Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager, based in Baton Rouge, LA, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, conducting inspections, and supervising expediting activities. The role demands regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management with a background in bridge construction is preferred.
- Software skills in Viewpoint, Trimble, Primavera, Excel, AutoCad, and HCSS.
- Proficiency in scheduling, job cost projections, billing, procurment, and resource management.
- Leading teams, meetings, communication with clients, adhearing to plans and specs, and QC.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
