We are looking for an experienced, dependable Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Technician to join our team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in water mitigation and water damage restoration
- Experience with mold remediation
- Knowledge of proper drying, containment, demolition, and remediation procedures
- Basic to intermediate carpentry skills — framing, drywall, trim, repairs, and general construction knowledge
- Ability to assess job-site conditions and determine the appropriate scope of work
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial properties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Respond to water damage and mold remediation projects
- Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and cleanup
- Set up and maintain drying equipment
- Perform mold containment and remediation work
- Assist with reconstruction and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Document work performed and job-site conditions
We are looking for someone who is experienced in the restoration industry but can also handle basic construction and carpentry work.
