Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Ask qualifying questions to determine the most effective ways our clients can help them with their needs
- Have conversations with customers face-to-face to ignite awareness of their home improvement options and facilitate sales for our clients
- Work with other Customer Service Representatives to abide by our policies on compliance when interacting with customers directly, ensuring sales success as well as a positive and personalized experience for each interaction
- Maximize customer service and sales goals by recognizing patterns, preferences, and communication tones within the local market
- Ensure correct and complete confidentiality of customer information when connecting with client representatives
- Regularly attain Customer Service Representative goals through in-person sales initiatives and meeting with Client and Sales Management teams
Customer Service Representative Qualities:
- Experience in sales, home improvement, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both with customers and with other Customer Service Representatives and the Sales Management teams
- High School Diploma or higher education
- Optimistic, professional, and open to feedback to improve sales margins and customer service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
