As a Customer Representative, you'll support customers in-person and help them understand client products and service plans. This role is excellent for individuals who enjoy offering guidance and creating positive customer experiences.
Customer Representative Role Responsibilities:
- Assist decision makers with service and product selection by understanding their needs and providing expert advice to enhance their communications outcomes.
- Respond to inquiries in a customer-focused setting, providing clear and helpful guidance on client products and services.
- Process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and seamless customer experiences.
- Track and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with sales and field teams to coordinate project timelines and follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems to support continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or additional services that benefit the customer and increase revenue.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, contribute to service improvements, and meet collective performance goals.
