We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to lead a team of clinicians and carry a reduced caseload of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Guide and mentor a team of dedicated clinicians through case reviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
- Direct Client Care: Maintain a reduced caseload of a minimum of 17 clients to stay connected with client needs and the therapeutic process.
- Workflow Management: Assign cases thoughtfully based on clinician expertise, availability, and workload.
- Ethical Leadership: Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards, including HIPAA compliance.
- Team Building: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and a sense of community.
- Community Engagement: Build and sustain partnerships with local organizations to enhance coordinated care for clients.
- Advocacy and Representation: Attend meetings and committees to advocate for the needs of clients, staff, and the larger Coastal community.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor client outcomes and team productivity, using metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Documentation Excellence: Ensure timely, accurate documentation of client progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited program.
- Active license as an LCSW.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.
- Experience working with children, families, and couples.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in a team-based setting.
- A commitment to professional development and continued education.
- SIFI certification is a plus but not required.
