We are seeking a motivated, design-minded Floor Covering & Window Treatment Consultant to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

This is a client-facing, consultative role ideal for someone with an eye for interior design, home furnishings, and finishes. You will guide clients through selections, estimates, and project coordination — helping bring their vision to life from first conversation through installation.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their style, goals, and functional needs
• Guide customers through flooring and window treatment selections
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hardwood, carpet, resilient flooring, shades, and custom window treatments
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Coordinate measurements, ordering, and project timelines
• Communicate with installers and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners, designers, and trade partners
• Stay current on design trends, materials, and product innovations

Qualifications:

• Background or strong interest in interior design, home furnishings, flooring, or window treatments
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Industry experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate
