Broker Assistant – Real Estate (Florida Panhandle)

The Role
We're looking for a licensed Broker Assistant to support our brokerage while also actively selling real estate. This is a dual role: you'll help answer client and agent questions, support day-to-day brokerage operations, and work your own real estate transactions. Compensation is 100% production-based, so your income grows directly with your effort and sales.

What You'll Do
Sell real estate and manage your own client relationships and transactions. Answer questions from clients and agents on behalf of the broker. Support general brokerage operations and help keep things running smoothly. Work independently while staying connected to the team via phone, email, and occasional in-office visits.

What We're Looking For
Active Florida real estate broker's license (required). Prior experience working as a broker or in a broker support role. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a commission-only, production-driven environment. Strong communication skills and comfortable fielding client questions. Must live in the Florida Panhandle. Comfortable with a hybrid schedule – primarily remote, with in-office time as needed.

Compensation
100% commission/production-based. No base salary. Income scales with production, and top producers can reach six-figure annual earnings.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
