Coastal Collective Real Estate is looking for a person to join our team as a part-time Property Manager.
No property management experience is necessary, we’re happy to train the right person! We’re looking for someone who communicates well, is comfortable learning new systems, can stay organized, and is willing to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with property owners and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with property showings and inspections
- Helping prepare and market rental properties
- Photography
- Supporting applications, leases, and move-ins
- Keeping property records and tasks organized
This position will begin part-time, with the potential to grow as our property management portfolio expands.
