Luxury Cleaning Team Lead
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
We are looking for experienced cleaning professionals ready to lead a team of 4-5 people while continuing to clean luxury vacation homes.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new employees
- On-call duties
- Perform quality-control inspections
- Assist cleaners with correcting deficiencies
- Communicate with management throughout the day
- Help maintain our standards
- Clean all scheduled vacation rentals in a timely manner
- Help pack bags at our storage unit
- Perform inventory checks at storage and per vacation home when needed
- Add photos to the required app per day by 2pm
- Each home will be completed and checked by team lead by 2pm daily
Applicants must have previous cleaning experience, leadership skills, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
