What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Technician position at Coastal Classics?
Pay based upon experience. Starting at $30.00 per hour.
Busy antique auto restoration shop seeks qualified auto body technician. We perform up to and including full restorations to vehicles 25 years or older, with the typical vehicle being between 1930-1970. Must have at least three years of related experience, and a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Our vehicles are often shown at both local and national events, and often receive high honors. Must be capable of producing show-quality work.
Job entails the following:
- Assembly/Disassembly
- Welding/Rust Repair/Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Application of fillers/primers and sanding.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday-Thursday -- 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Some Fridays will be required during busier times of year.
