We are looking for a friendly and organized Child Care Placement & Hiring Manager to join our team! Position Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM - 11AM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (minimum- around 25 hours per week) (Occasional evening and weekend hours for trainings and events)
- More hours may be available for the right candidate and schedule
- Candidate must be available for more hours in the near future, as more hours will be added after a few months at the latest. Job will become closer to 35 hours/week.
- Pay Rate: $10.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and work load
- Remote Role: You must provide your own phone and computer (your personal phone number will not be used)
- Location Requirement: Weekly in-person days are required
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly, and bubbly manner.
- Vet and hire new applicants by calling initial applicants, vetting, setting interviews, calling references, and more.
- Complete the onboarding process with new applicants.
- Add caregivers to our occasional care app, or send their profile to matching nanny openings.
- Fill all nanny job openings in a reasonable time by working with our family specialist and caregivers you have hired.
- Set caregiver and family interviews, confirm interviews, and follow up with both parties after the interview.
- Continue with contracts and paperwork if the family and nanny are interested in moving forward with each other.
- Continue on going support for nanny placements.
- Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- MUST have experience hiring in the childcare field, or similar role (daycare director, lead teacher, long term nanny, etc.)
- Must be dependable and able to work a minimum of Monday–Friday, 9-11AM & 2–5 PM with ability for full time hours in the next couple months.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and master CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, upbeat personality.
- Comfortable handling customer service calls, including occasional complaints.
- Work well with a team of 3 other administrators while also being able to work independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
