Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager and Finance Manager role based in Santa Barbara, CA. In this position, the manager oversees the sales team’s daily activities, including coaching, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring a consistent, customer-focused showroom experience. The role includes managing the full sales process—from customer greeting and needs assessment to vehicle selection, negotiation, and delivery—while maintaining compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements. On the finance side, the manager structures deals, presents financing and protection options, secures approvals, and ensures accurate, timely documentation for all transactions. The manager partners with leadership to develop sales and finance strategies, analyze performance metrics, optimize profitability, and support a collaborative, high-performing dealership culture.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Finance and Finance skills, with experience structuring deals and presenting financing options in a retail or automotive environment.
- Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Business Planning skills, including the ability to forecast, prepare budgets, and contribute to strategic sales and revenue initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, finance metrics, and market trends to improve performance and profitability.
- Relevant experience in automotive sales management, finance management, or a similar customer-facing leadership role is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales and finance team.
