CDL A COMPANY REEFER DRIVER
Coastal Carriers is looking for OTR Reefer Drivers. We have brand new 2025 Freightliner's arriving.
Why Coastal Carriers
Drivers Average 61 to 63 Cents Per Mile
Base Pay is 55 cents per mile plus incentive pay from 5 cpm to 8 cpm
Weekly Average $1,550 to $1,750 Per Week
Quarterly Incentive Bonus up to $1,250.00 Per Quarter
2800 to 3000 Miles Per Week
Consistent Freight, we always have miles
Weekly Pay – Direct Deposit
New Equipment
Trucks have APU, Inverters, Fridge, Double Bunk, Smart TV, XM ready
No Touch Freight
Customizable Home Time

Job Requirements:
18 MONTHS MINIMUM CLASS A EXPERIENCE REQUIRED W/IN THE LAST 10 YEARS
NO MORE THAN 3 MOVING VIOLATIONS / 3 PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS LAST 3 YEARS
NO SERIOUS MOVING VIOLATIONS W/IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
NO POSITIVE DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTS W/IN THE LAST 5 YEARS.
Wage Range: 0.61 - 0.63 per mile
General Description of Benefits: Full benefits including medical, retirement, Paid Vacation
Incentives on top of base pay of 55 cents per mile 5 cpm to 8 cpm
Up to $1,250 in quarterly incentive bonus
