• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health as needed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations while providing care.
• Provide transportation as needed to appointments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
