Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join our Premium Caregiver Team. These professionals will provide personalized, high-quality care in private homes, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value strong relationships, and go the extra mile in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
Communicate regularly with client families and the Coastal Care Partners team
Maintain accurate documentation through our care platform
Deliver care that reflects the premium standards of Coastal Care Partners
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (private duty, facility, or agency setting)
CNA certification preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion
Must pass background check, drug screening, and reference verification
