We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Manager to lead our team and provide comprehensive financial planning services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of financial advisors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop personalized financial plans to achieve them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, making recommendations for adjustments as needed to optimize performance and mitigate risk.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and advice on complex financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (CFP, CFA, etc.) preferred but not required

- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
