Coastal Breeze Heating & Air, LLC is a growing, locally owned HVAC company serving customers throughout the Gulf Coast. We are looking for dependable, motivated HVAC Technicians to join our growing team.

Position Responsibilities
● Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
● Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
● Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
● Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed
● Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and recommended repairs
● Complete service calls and accurately document work performed
● Maintain a clean and professional work environment
● Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
● Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
● HVAC experience preferred
● Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
● Residential HVAC experience preferred
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
● Dependable, punctual, and professional
● Good communication and customer-service skills
● Willingness to learn and grow with a developing company
EPA certification and HVAC licenses/certifications are a plus.
