Job Summary
We are seeking two energetic and reliable full-time front counter employees . If you have experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases at the front counter.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Manage cash handling procedures with attention to detail and accountability.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking supplies and merchandising products.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products,
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock control, ordering supplies, and organizing merchandise.
Requirements
- Proven experience with POS systems in retail or similar environments is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills
