Job Requirements of the Security Officer include but are not limited to:
- Security Officer observes and report activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of the property, homeowners and guests.
- Security Officer will be issuing passes, answering telephone, assisting people to getting to their destination of a 60-acre property and communication on two way radio.
- Roving Security Officer will patrol a designated area for the length of time they are on shift.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- Security positions require you pass drug screen and SLED back ground check
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet SLED Licensing requirements
- Be able to maintain accurate records
- Effectively comprehend numerous policies, procedures, and concepts in order to respond appropriately to various situations
- Communicate effectively with others
- Stand for long periods of time sometimes in excess of eight hours
- Work outside in a variety of weather conditions depending on the assignment
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
