What You Can Earn
This is a performance-based role. Your income is directly in your hands.
- Top technicians earn $300 per day
- Annual earning potential: $65,000–$90,000
- Bonuses and tips on top of commission
Your Responsibilities
- Residential window, screen, and track cleaning
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Keep all equipment in proper working condition
- Learn and safely use professional cleaning chemicals
- Educate customers on available services and upsell when applicable
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Deliver a world-class experience to every customer
Requirements
- Prior window cleaning experience is required — applicants without hands-on experience will not be considered
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and at heights
- Comfortable working outdoors in Miami heat for extended hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check
- Bilingual — English and Spanish required
Schedule
Monday – Saturday | Full-time | 8-hour shifts
Work Location
In person — Miami, FL 33134 (Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Kendall, Doral, and surrounding areas)
