Role Description
We are seeking a National Escrow Officer/Closing professional for a full-time Remote or Hybrid role. The role involves managing the escrow process, overseeing refinance and HECM transactions, maintaining compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to support to lenders, brokers, borrowers, and our client. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, LO's, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings, Escrow
- HUD/CD Balancing
- Resware experience a plus.
- Basic word, excel knowledge a must.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client relationships and satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations in real estate and escrow services
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
