Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting.
• Sand, patch, caulk, mask, and prime surfaces.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Residential painting experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Team-first attitude with respect for coworkers and customers.
