Coast to Coast Fulfillment has spent more than 30 years handling warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics for clients ranging from consumer product brands to wholesale and B2B shippers, moving products across the country and around the world. We are hiring a computer savvy, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the day to day point of contact for a portfolio of our clients.
This is a client services role, not a sales role.
Our Account Managers focus on servicing and supporting existing clients—not cold-calling or selling. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment. Experience in client services, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is highly beneficial and a strong indicator of success in this role.
This is a full-time position in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm (Monday through Friday).
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Serve as Account Manager (main point of contact) across multiple client accounts
- Data entry utilizing internal systems
- Order processing and label generation
- Perform some customer service responsibilities, such as answering the phone, processing returns, etc.
- General office administrative duties
- Assist with special projects as assigned
This position is client-facing, will report to the Senior Operations Manager, and have some communication with the Founder/President of Coast to Coast Fulfillment.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Education – candidate must have one of the following:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- Technical school certificate (business, computer science, IT)
- OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in logistics or supply chain
- Experience working with EDI (an added bonus, not required)
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel (required)
- Excellent computer skills with willingness to learn new software (required)
- Accurate and precise data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, QA/QC
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines at once
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently, must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive "can-do" attitude

Pay: Compensation based on prior experience, starting at $20/hour
