Looking for a reliable role in a professional, friendly environment? We are a small, family-owned print shop (team of 2–4) serving Newport Beach and Irvine since 1976. We’re seeking a tech-comfortable, detail-oriented Associate to help us deliver high-quality work to our local business clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Production: Operate Konica Minolta printers and professional binding/finishing equipment.
- Customer Support: Manage professional email replies, handle landline calls, and greet walk-in clients.
- Digital File Management: Organize electronic folders and use Adobe Acrobat Pro to create/edit PDFs.
- Local Deliveries: Make occasional short trips (most within 5 miles) using your personal vehicle.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital file systems, MS Word/Excel, and production machinery.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (no DUIs).
- Communication: Strong professional writing skills for customer emails and a typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Physical: Ability to lift 25 lb. paper cases and work on your feet.
