As we prepare for our busy summer season and continue our year-round growth, we are looking to add a Front of House Floor Manager to our leadership team.

Position Overview
As a Floor Manager, you will be the driving force behind the guest experience on the floor. You will lead by example, support and develop your team, and ensure every guest receives consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise all front of house staff during service
- Conduct training, ongoing development, and performance evaluations
- Build and manage staff schedules in alignment with business needs and labor goals
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor—supporting service, resolving issues, and elevating guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Partner with the Executive Chef and leadership team on menu updates, specials, and service execution
- Monitor inventory levels for FOH supplies and coordinate ordering as needed
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant standards at all times
- Handle guest feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences

- Experience with Toast POS preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
