Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Marysville, WA. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently. Primary responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, troubleshooting issues, supervising maintenance staff, and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with safety standards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and employee training
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience with Maintenance and Repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to effectively perform Troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment and system issues
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
