What We Are Looking For 

An energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with prospects, drive traffic, and convert leads into leases across multiple communities.  

You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records and follow-ups. A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role. Experience in property management or leasing is preferred, along with familiarity with leasing software.  You are motivated by meeting goals, enjoy working with people, and can confidently represent multiple communities.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Answer phones and email and post/monitor social media for the property


• Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path


• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for tours


• Run leasing applications


• Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials


• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications  

• High School education or equivalent


• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form


• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software


• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
