- Operate light production equipment and machinery to support production flow.
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of work areas while keeping area organized at all time.
- Packaging and label finished goods accurately maintaining packaging standards and palletizing.
- Monitor production processes, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with team members to resolve problems promptly. Team flexibility is key and able to learn effectively.
- Ability to learn and grow in a fast paced environment: Someone wanting to grow and train in other areas.
- 1 year Previous Production or warehouse experience.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist and walk during entire shift. Lifting up to 40 pds.
- Attention to detail with excellent attendance.
