What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Coast Personnel Services?
We are seeking a Maintenance associate to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work for service on property maintenance and repairs as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Handle basic apartment maintenace including regular service related to lighting, plumbing and miscellanous repairs
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
