Join Our Team as an Assembler!
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days. 2:00p- 12:00a
Are you looking for a hands-on role with a stable schedule and a great team environment? We're seeking motivated Assemblers to help produce high-quality injection-molded products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Assemble and process injection-molded parts according to work instructions.
- Operate secondary equipment including: sonic weld machines, pad print machines, automated assembly equipment and other production equipment as needed.
- Inspect parts for quality using visual and mechanical inspection methods.
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support other departments when needed.
- Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for a full 10-hour shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to handle and move parts and materials throughout the shift.
