- 2 years minimum experience
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, RCIS (with IR experience preferred)
- Schedule Information
- Shift: Days 0630-3p (flexible schedule)
- On-Call requirement: Yes, rotating call 12-15 days per month and every other weekend
- Call hours: Monday-Friday 3p-0630, weekends 0700-0700 (24 hrs)
- Additional Details
- COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
- Fit Test: Annual respirator fit test required
- Hepatitis B: Required, declinations not accepted at some locations
- Influenza Vaccine: Required or declination for flu season
- TB Test: Within one year of start date
- Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
- Tdap: Required, declinations not accepted at some locations
- Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray: Optional
