This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse (RN) role based in Gulfport, MS. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures. The RN will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, educate patients and their families about cardiac health, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. The RN will also perform necessary charting and documentation to support continuity of care.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Mississippi or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
- Experience providing direct care in a cardiology or acute care setting
- Proficiency in patient education and communication to explain procedures, treatment plans, and health maintenance strategies
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Experience in medical charting and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
- Professional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
