Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patientd as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls using the designated phone system
- Provide information and assistance to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
