Coast Florida Cleaning Maintenance LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Dayporter to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality environmental services for clinical facilities, ensuring a safe and pristine environment for healthcare providers and their patients.
Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and specialized maintenance of a three-story clinical building. This position requires a balance of routine efficiency and the ability to respond quickly to immediate facility needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Maintenance: Execute comprehensive cleaning and upkeep protocols across all three floors of a clinical facility.
- Emergency Response: Provide prompt and professional assistance for unscheduled cleaning calls or urgent maintenance requests.
- Detailed Care: Perform meticulous detail work to ensure the facility meets high aesthetic and sanitary standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift and maneuver equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Compliance & Requirements
To ensure the safety and security of the clinical environment, the following are required prior to starting:
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background screening.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Clinical Compliance: Ability to meet any additional health or safety requirements as requested by the clinic.
Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: This is a W-2 position.
- Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Daily Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break).
- Paid Time Off: We offer 7 days of PTO.
- Holidays: We observe all national holidays recognized by the clinic.
