Help Desk Technician / Kiln

Job Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and effective technical support across all communication platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
• Support software installation and upgrades, Microsoft Office tools, domain services, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure secure, efficient operations.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and multi-factor authentication (Cisco DUO MFA).
  
  

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with electronic components (e.g., circuit boards, processors, chips) and computer systems, including software applications and programming fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to support both iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, in-person or remotely.
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Logical reasoning and systems thinking.
• Experience with imaging, deploying, and upgrading hardware and software.
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing platforms.
• A focus on continuous improvement and relationship-building.
