ABOUT US
Coast Design & Build is a fast-growing remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, room additions, outdoor living spaces, and full home renovations. We also operate Mila Tile Kitchen & Bath, an 8,000 sq. ft. showroom featuring tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and design services.
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help showcase our projects, grow our online presence, and assist with our digital advertising efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Visit active job sites and our showroom to capture content.
* Film before, during, and after project transformations.
* Create Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, stories, and posts.
* Edit short-form videos for social media and advertising.
* Create content for paid Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Assist with creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
* Work with our team to highlight promotions, events, and completed projects.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
* Follow current social media trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience creating social media content.
* Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
* Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Experience creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
* Ability to create engaging content that generates leads.
* Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong communication skills.
* Reliable transportation.
* Construction, remodeling, real estate, or home improvement experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION
* Part-time position.
* Flexible schedule (a few hours per day).
* Pay based on experience.
