Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and records management using Dentrix.
- Lead and motivate the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and high levels of customer service.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, billing, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize practice performance.
- Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution within the practice.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in dental office management (2 years) or healthcare practice management with a strong understanding of dental clinic operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Dentrix; familiarity with patient management software is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health policy standards.
- Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes.
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
