We’re actively hiring professional caregivers with 6 months of experience to provide in-home care across San Diego County. What You’ll Receive:

• $18.50/hour for experienced caregivers

• $21–$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days – includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)

• Paid sick time

• Flexible scheduling built around your availability

• Client matching based on your strengths and preferences

• Ongoing professional training and skills development

Requirements to Apply:

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

• Negative TB test within the past 2 years

• Reliable transportation across San Diego County

• Basic English communication skills

• Smartphone access for documentation and communication
